Abstract

A non-yellowing, semi-rigid polyurethane foam is disclosed. The foam is prepared by mixing the following components (a), (b), (c) and (d) with a blowing agent and a catalyst, and pouring the mixture into a mold where it is allowed to foam and cure. PA1 (a) a polymer polyol having a molecular weight of 3,000 to 10,000 wherein a vinyl monomer is grafted to a polyether polyol; PA1 (b) a polyol having a molecular weight of 62 to 300; PA1 (c) an aliphatic or alicyclic isocyanate; and PA1 (d) at least one ultraviolet absorber and at least one antioxidant.
