Abstract

A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material which contains a high speed reactive type coupler having a relative coupling speed of 0.35 to 1.0 and a compound represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic group, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group. The silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material provides color images having greatly improved graininess in both high density areas and low density areas, without adversely affecting sensitivity.
