Abstract
Compounds of the formula ##STR1## and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, W, X and Z are as defined below. The compounds are inhibitors of 5-lipoxygenase enzyme and antagonists of leukotriene B4, leukotriene C4, leukotriene D4 and leukotriene E4.
