Abstract

Acetic acid derivatives of formula EQU H.sub.2 N(NH)C--X--Y--CO--Z--CH(Q.sup.1)COOQ.sup.2 I and hydrates, solvates and physiologically acceptable salts thereof are useful to inhibit the binding of adhesive proteins to blood platelets and also to inhibit blood platelet aggregation and cell-cell adhesion.
