Abstract
Immunomodulatory macrocyclic compounds having the formula ##STR1## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, amides and prodrugs thereof, wherein one of R.sup.107, R.sup.108, R.sup.109 and R.sup.110 is a radical having the formula ##STR2## as well as pharmaceutically compositions containing such compounds and methods of immunomodulatory therapy utilizing the same.
