Abstract

Compounds of formula ##STR1## and their therapeutic use, inter alia, as LTB.sub.4 -antagonists. Exemplary compounds are: PA0 (Methoxycarbonyl-imino-{4'-2-(2-propylphenoxy)-ethoxy!-biphenyl-4-yl}-meth yl)-amine; PA0 (Benzyloxycarbonyl-imino-{4'-2-(2-propylphenoxy)-ethoxy!-biphenyl-4-yl}-me thyl-amine; PA0 Hydroxy-imino-(4-{3-4-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-phenoxymethyl!-benzoyloxy} phenyl)-methyl!-amine; PA0 Ethoxycarbonyl-imino-(4-{3-4-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-phenoxymethyl!-benz oyloxy}phenyl)-methyl!-amine; and, PA0 3'-Pyridylcarbonyl-imino-(4-{3-4-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-phenoxymethyl!- benzyloxy}phenyl)-methyl!-amine.
