Abstract
A laser-exposed thermal recording element comprising a flexible support having thereon the following imaging layers in sequence: PA1 a) an electrically conductive layer, and PA1 b) an electro-deposited black layer, with the proviso that the sum of the optical densities of layers a) and b) is between about 0.5 and about 5.
