Abstract

The present invention relates to N-(5-phenyl-tetrahydrofuranyl)methyl- and N-(6-phenyl-tetrahydropyranyl)methyl-substituted 1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro-2,6-methano-3-benzazocin-10-ols of general formula 1, processes for preparing such compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and methods for using such compounds for the treatment of various diseases caused by a functional disorder resulting from overstimulation. ##STR1##
