Abstract
The present invention relates to phosphinic acid derivatives of formula Iwherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are described hereinabove. These compounds can be used in the treatment or prevention of a disease related to the inhibition of β-secretase, inter alia for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
