Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds of formula Iwherein R1 and R2 are defined in the specification and to pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. Compounds of the invention are GlyT-1 inhibitors and are useful for the treatment of CNS disorders such as psychoses, dysfunction in memory and learning, schizophrenia, dementia, attention deficit disorders, or Alzheimer's disease.
