Abstract
The present invention relates compounds of the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each independently represents a phenyl group optionally substituted by a variety of substituents; PA1 R.sup.3 represents a variety of substituents; PA1 R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, and R.sup.7 each independently represents hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 alkyl; PA1 A represents --O-- or --S--; PA1 B represents --O--, --S--, --NR.sup.a -- or --CHR.sup.a --; and PA1 n is zero, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; PA1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a prodrug thereof. The compounds are of particular use in the treatment or prevention of depression, anxiety, pain, inflammation, migaine, emesis or postherpetic neuralgia.
